When I export a video from shot tracer pro, it starts putting a slo-motion thing at the point of me hitting the ball. Please could you tell me how I can get rid of it.

Bought 2 subscriptions now. 1st one not working, 2nd one I've not received a licence key. Had no response despite multiple emails. Tried contacting you every possible way and no response.
